BEFORE WE START

Practical questions.

What should we bring?

Bring the process you want to improve, the tools involved, and the people who understand the work. Existing documentation, example records, and known problems help. A completed specification is not required.

How are price and timing agreed?

We define the departments, workflows, systems, access, and stakeholders included in the review. The proposal confirms the fee, schedule, deliverables, and assumptions before the assessment begins.

Does the review include implementation?

The review produces findings and recommendations. Implementation is a separate scope. Your team can use the outputs to make changes internally, compare vendors, or discuss a delivery project with Hostwire.

How do you handle access to our systems?

We agree the information and access needed for the assessment. Where possible, the review can use walkthroughs, documentation, and sample records. Any direct access and handling of sensitive information is agreed before work starts.
